For individuals responsible for their own Section 16 filings (i.e. one Reporting Owner) we offer an annual subscription for $495. This package provides you with the capability to file as many Section 16 documents as needed for an unlimited number of issuers.

PRICE: Single Individual - $495.00 per year for unlimited filings or $50 per individual filing.

Multiple Reporting Owner Account:
For anyone responsible for the filings of two or more Reporting Owners (such as law firms, investment firms, funds or issuers) we offer an annual subscription that provides an unlimited number of filings based on the number of Reporting Owners who are expected to have to report.
