Vintage16 is our newest EDGAR related service to assist public company executives and shareholders to report to the SEC. Vintage16 is a secure, Web-based solution developed by Vintage Filings, the fastest growing EDGAR filing firm, to allow individuals and firms to create, manage and file Section 16 documents (SEC forms 3, 4 and 5).

How do I register for an account and how long does it take until I am able to file?
Simply click on "Register Now" on our home page. Your account will be activated immediately and available to proceed with set up and live filing.

What if I register for a certain package and see that I need to increase the number of Reporting Owners I use?
Reporting owner limits are programmed into the system, depending upon which account program you chose. Should you exceed the number of Reporting Owner initially registered for, our on-line system will provide you with a notice and request to modify the number of Reporting Owners registered. If you have questions about the various account types, or would like to change your account, simply call our New York office at (212) 730-4302.

What should I do if I need filing codes (CIK and CCC) for a reporting owner?
You should first check the SEC Database to see if the Reporting Owner already has EDGAR codes (http://www.edgarcompany.sec.gov/servlet/CompanyDBSearch?page=main). If no codes exist, simply click on the "GET EDGAR CODES NOW" button on our home page.
